The restaurant is very nicely decorated and the staff is warm and friendly. The food is wonderful. I have visited several times and this restaurant is consistently excellent. The prices are reasonable. This is where I take my friends who want Thai food, you can't go wrong!

Great service and amazing food. Everyone who works there is kind. We order from this place routinely and always take our out of state visitors there!

Lai Thai is a hidden gem tucked away in a strip mall off White Horse Pike. It's easy to get to, though the parking lot can be a bit cramped since there are several other businesses nearby. The restaurant itself isn't large by any means, but the mirrors on the walls do a great job of making the space feel more open. I usually opt for takeout, and the Pad See Ew is hands down my favorite dish here. It's by far the best Pad See Ew I've had at any Thai restaurant. It's flavorful, slightly sweet, perfectly cooked, and never greasy. Plus, I love that they don't add MSG to their dishes, which I truly appreciate. The service is always fast and the staff is pleasant each time I order. My wife is a huge fan of their Spicy Thai Wings, and she says the Green Papaya Salad (Som Tom) is the best she's ever had. Highly recommend this place if you're craving Thai food.

We've always gotten take out and decided to dine in. Food & service was paramount. The only thing we found fault with was the tails were still on the shrimp. Not really a big deal but it would be nice to not have to peel them and get our fingers sticky. Other than that absolutely amazing.

Just finished eating take out from this location and it was phenomenal. My food tasted clean and fresh and it was reasonably priced. I ordered drunken noodles mild and my partner got the same but medium and it was very spicy so I recommend mild if spice gets you. But overall I'm very satisfied with my service.

Yeah. I recommend this place. It's very upscale looking on the inside, but I did not feel underdressed in jeans and a T-shirt. We grabbed an early dinner. Around 5 o'clock. The menu is expansive. Much more than a few noodle and rice dishes. I would love to go back for the special of two softshell crabs over rice. This time I got the drunken noodles. I know it's subjective, but I don't think it was spicy. Not complaining. My friend got the pad Thai and a couple appetizers. Service was excellent. The classic Thai restaurant dessert is sticky rice with mango, but I substituted mango for coconut ice cream and coconut sauce, which are off menu things. It was fantastic. The texture of the coconut in the ice cream is special. It could've been its own dessert. This is how they do it in Thailand.

Food is good. Service is great. Small business with only one server running around. He's doing a great job. Som tum is good. Chicken laab is also good. Can ask how spicy you want it to be. Tom kha gai is on the sweat side. Chicken is a bit rough. Chicken satay is so good. The meat is soft and has the grill taste with the ajad vinegar sauce and peanut sauce. Salmon stir fry with shrimp. Good size salmon and big shrimps. Mango sticky rice - mango is sooo sweet. Wanted more if we weren't so stuffed. Will be back!!!

Had dinner here tonight with a friend. She wanted to know if I thought it was authentic Thai flavors and not Thai-American flavors. And the flavors are very authentic. Shrimp Tum Yum soup is amazing. You can taste the lemongrass flavor and you can tell they use very fresh ingredients. Very traditional with mushrooms and onions and the shrimp size was huge! The drunken noodles had delicious flavors but one thing I wasn't a fan of is their use of black pepper (it was a little heavy). I like my spice to be from fresh chili peppers. The Thai Iced Tea was ok, nothing special about it. Next time, I will order a rice dish, the Thai iced coffee and maybe save room for dessert. Of note: this place is gorgeous and has many Thai artifacts throughout the restaurant.

We came here for Mother's Day and everything we ordered was great! There was only one waitress serving everyone but all the food came out at a reasonable pace. For appetizers, we started with Tom yum soup, papaya salad, and calamari. The soup was hot pot size and more than enough for 4 people to share, we even had some left to take home! I loved the flavor of the broth. The calamari was freshly fried and paired super well with the sweet chili sauce. The papaya salad was fresh and zesty. They still do lunch menu prices on the weekend which is great. Our entrees were all in the $10 range and you can choose your protein. Things like squid and shrimp will cost more. Overall we ordered Thai fried rice, pad kee mao, pad see ew, and Penang curry. All were super flavorful but my favorite was the pad kee mao. The Thai tea was also delicious -- appropriately strong and not too sweet. It's hard to find good and authentic Thai in this part of Jersey but i am already looking forward to my next visit!
